Welcome to Internet Test Tool! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy govern your use of Internet Test Tool’s websites and online tools (the “Websites”) and any publicly accessible services we provide without an account or subscription, including our internet speed-testing pages and related utilities (collectively, the “Online Services”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Websites or Online Services.

Not Covered by These Terms. If you later use paid products, account-based dashboards, or enter a separate written agreement with us, that agreement will govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

1) Eligibility

By using the Websites or Online Services, you represent that (i) you have not been previously suspended or removed by us, and (ii) your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2) Your Content & Feedback License

If you submit, post, or share any content, suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, feedback, data, or comments (“Content”) via our Websites or Online Services (e.g., forms, forums, surveys, support tickets), you grant Internet Test Tool a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works from your Content. You retain ownership of your Content. You represent and warrant that your Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights or laws.

3) Abuse & Infringement Reports

Internet Test Tool provides measurement and networking tools; we are not a hosting provider for third-party content and generally cannot remove material from other sites or networks.
To report abuse, security issues, or alleged infringement related to our Online Services, email support@InternetTestTool.com with sufficient detail (URLs, timestamps, logs, and a statement of accuracy). We may share relevant portions of your report with parties we deem necessary to investigate or resolve the issue. If we provide any programmatic intake (e.g., an abuse API), you must keep any access tokens secure and comply with applicable usage limits and documentation; we may suspend or revoke access at our discretion.

4) Changes, Suspension, & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Websites or Online Services at any time, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. We will not be liable for any such changes, suspension, or termination.

5) Third-Party Links

The Websites or Online Services may reference or link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices; access them at your own risk.

6) Ownership & Rights

All interfaces, graphics, designs, data, code, features, and other materials available through the Websites or Online Services (the “Materials”) are owned by Internet Test Tool or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use the Materials. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

7) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Websites or Online Services. For example, you will not:

• Use them for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law or regulation.

• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage our systems, servers, networks, or APIs; exceed or circumvent documented limits.

• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful code.

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

• Extract or harvest data beyond what the services intentionally make available to you.

• Use the services to violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights, or to engage in fraud, deception, or abuse.

• Export or re-export in violation of applicable export control laws.

We may block or filter traffic we deem illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms (including CSAM/sexual exploitation, human-trafficking content, doxxing/sensitive data disclosures, IP infringement, fraud, phishing, or technical abuse).

8) Automated & AI Use Restriction

You may not use bots or automated tools to scrape, harvest, mine, copy, or otherwise extract Materials or content for training, developing, fine-tuning, or improving machine-learning models or AI systems unless (i) your AI-specific user agent is explicitly allowed by our robots.txt and (ii) the agent is used solely to identify AI crawlers. This does not permit mixed-purpose agents (e.g., search + AI). We may block or throttle automated access at our discretion.

9) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Internet Test Tool and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use or misuse of the Websites or Online Services; (ii) your Content; (iii) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (iv) any dispute between you and a third party.

10) Disclaimers

THE WEBSITES, ONLINE SERVICES, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Internet Test Tool MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. SPEED-TEST RESULTS AND NETWORK DIAGNOSTICS ARE ESTIMATES THAT MAY VARY BASED ON NETWORK CONDITIONS, DEVICE CAPABILITIES, AND OTHER FACTORS.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Internet Test Tool WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITES OR ONLINE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITES OR ONLINE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits; in those places, we limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of usa, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Internet Test Tool agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in for all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Websites/Online Services.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Unless stated otherwise, changes take effect on posting. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Websites and Online Services.

14) General

These Terms (together with any referenced policies or limits posted on the Websites) are the entire agreement between you and Internet Test Tool regarding the Websites and Online Services. Section headings are for convenience only. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them without notice. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including Sections 2 and 7–14) will survive.
