Attendees

• Research recordings (image/voice) with your permission when you participate in studies.

Website Visitors

• Contact information submitted via forms (e.g., newsletters, demos, surveys, support).

• Log data such as IP address, device/OS, browser type, referring URLs, locale/language.

Customers & Administrative Users

• Account information (organization name, user/admin emails, role, settings you configure).

• Billing information (payment method and billing address for paid plans; we do not store full card numbers).

• Activity logs related to account administration (e.g., configuration changes).

• Crash reports you choose to send if the Service encounters an error.

Speed Test Users

• Connection/telemetry data required to run a test (e.g., IP address, server selection, throughput, latency, jitter, packet loss, device and network attributes).

• Aggregated test results used to improve accuracy, reliability, and stability of the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We process personal information only for purposes that are compatible with how it was collected, including to:

• Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.

• Measure and report test metrics (download, upload, latency, jitter) and enhance accuracy.

We may also use Attendee, Visitor, Registrant (if any), and Customer Account information to:

4. Aggregation and De-Identification

We may aggregate and/or de-identify data (for example, to compile performance statistics or identify network patterns). Information in aggregated or de-identified form does not identify you and may be shared with third parties.

We disclose categories of Personal Information to service providers and partners as described in Section 5 for business purposes.

Your California rights may include: know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and non-discrimination.
